The only problem I had was after I ordered the mattress there was no feedback on when the mattress would be shipped. After about a week I called customer service which was really helpful. They took the time to find out what was going on between the manufacturing process and the shipping process. After that phone call they were very responsive. The delivery went excellent and now I sleep well on my new comfortable Real Bed mattress!

It was packed well. Unfolded nicely. Bought it because of latex padding which had no odor. It is firm enough to not to have dips but soft enough to be comfortable.

real bed topper
4 United StatesNice Mattress, but topper started sagging in 4 years
We bought our King Size Mattress and topper in Jan 2024 so it is 4 years old. It was amazingly comfortable and my back stopped hurting with the new mattress. We love our mattress but noticed over the past year or so that the topper was sagging where we lay. We did rotate about every 6 months but the sagging continued. Recently we took the topper off and are just sleeping on the mattress. The mattress is not sagging and we are sleeping just as good as we did with the topper on. It is slightly harder mattress but the topper was on the softer side so I would suggest if you order both the mattress and the topper to sleep on the mattress alone first as it might be ok without the topper. But I also have to say that if we had not had the topper on then the mattress might have sagged since the topper took most the compression. The mattress is of the highest quality. I would recommend Real Bed but see if you can get by without the topper.

Highly recommend this bed with topper. We have one in our home up north. So when we built a home in the south, our first purchase was our Real Bed. Great nights sleep!

I like the mattress but am still waiting to receive the topper which was ordered at the same time. The mattress is very well made and more firm as advertised. Production is slower in these times but the company makes good efforts to communicate about the status of orders.

The topper looks very nice, doesn’t smell (like foam mattresses do), and seems very lovely, but it’s just WAY too soft :/ My back hurt so bad I couldn’t even sleep one night through on it! We had to get up during the night so I could take off the topper! Then my back stopped hurting also, it felt so claustrophobic - we each are under 160lbs, and are tall people (5’9” and 6’) and the topper made the queen bed feel so small. It was so soft, we both were falling towards the middle of the bed, and it was uncomfortable. However, the real bed is very nice without the topper :) we are returning the topper but keeping the bed! So glad there are companies like Real Bed who make such quality stuff with more natural materials :)
